Important Updates for Pet Owners regarding COVID-19:
Effective Monday December 28th 2020:
Due to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases nationwide, we here at West Lake Animal Hospital have made the decision to continue to see patients via curbside service only.
Our intake procedure for our patients will be the same as it has since April 2020. Please call (217) 529-4499 to let us know that you have arrived for your appointment and a technician will call you back to obtain a history. Once that is complete, the technician will then come out to your vehicle to bring your pet inside the hospital. Please remain in our parking lot for the duration of your appointment and have your phone on you. Once the exam is completed, the doctor will call you to discuss things further.
All the doctors and staff here at West Lake Animal Hospital would like to thank you in advance for your understanding during this difficult time. The safety of our patients, clients, and staff is of the utmost importance to us and we must take into account the most vulnerable in our community at this time. We will continue to monitor the ever evolving situation regarding COVID-19, and safely make adjustments as we go along. Thank you again.
